Facility Use
Forest Park Bible Church facilities may be available for approved church, member, and community uses.
Requests should follow the church's Building Use Policy and be submitted at least four weeks in advance.
Attendee Survey
Forest Park attendees are invited to provide prayerful, honest feedback regarding the health, ministry, and future direction of the church.
Names are optional. Responses are intended to be reviewed collectively by church leadership.
